Noah is wearing a frog costume and holding baby Valerie, who is also wearing a frog costume. They are staring at Ursula, who is wearing her dinosaur costume from Halloween.
Noah looks dismayed and says, “Ursula, we all agreed to be frogs for Leap Day!”
Valerie scowls and shakes her fist at her big sister, who is standing with her back to them and her arms crossed, and she replies to her dad, “I didn’t agree to anything.” She then adds, “Besides, T-Rexes are cooler than frogs.”
