Noah and Ruth are talking in bed as Noah is crocheting. Ruth says, “You’re crocheting?”
He smiles and explains, “Someone’s gotta be a good DIY example to our daughter.”
Ruth is annoyed and insists to Noah, “Hey, I can’t crochet, but I knit and sew!”
He replies, “She’s not into knitting or sewing.”
Ruth grumbles and then we see the cover of Noah’s pattern book: CROCHET 4 DUDES, complete with a retro mudflap girl motif doily on the cover. Ruth says, “Wait, is that a mudflap bimbo?”
Noah sticks his tongue out at her and says, “She who can’t crochet can’t complain.”
