In case of broken image links or accessibility issues with today’s cartoon, here’s the gist of the comic:
Noah is on stage at the local fair with his bandmates, wrapping up their set by saying “Thank you! We’ll be back in a few hours, up next: Van Damn It!” Once off-stage, Noah’s drummer says “Alright, beer garden time!” Noah runs by saying “Can’t, gotta go!” His bassist says, “Dude! Where?!” and Noah replies “Back to the midway!”
He is intercepted by Ruth and Ursula, and Ruth gives Noah a kiss on the cheek, saying “Great set, hon!”
Ursula interrupts Ruth and Noah, saying “Where’s my teddy bear?” Ruth, unaware of Ursula’s blackmailing of Noah from yesterday’s cartoon, replies, “You left him at home, Ursula.”
Ursula replies, “I’m talking about the new bear that Daddy’s gonna win me on the midway… or else!” Noah scowls and says “I’m going, I’m going…”
