In case of broken image links or accessibility issues with today’s cartoon, here’s the gist of the comic:
Ruth is holding the baby and looking at the calendar, thinking “A new school year… can’t wait… I’ll miss the kids, though.”
Immediately, the baby barfs all over her, then Ursula cuts Ruth’s skirt into a micro-mini, saying “Mommy! I’m Betsey Johnson!”
Ruth then thinks “Well, I’ll miss Noah…”
We then see Ruth standing in front of Noah, who is sitting on the sofa with a beer and the TV remote.
Ursula says “Daddy! I played fashion designer on Mommy’s dress!”
Noah looks at Ruth’s legs, her skirt now barely covering her butt, and says “Good job, Ursula!” Ruth replies “ugh… watch the kids a minute, I gotta change.”
