Vlogmas 2024

Bit of a different post today: this year I decided to participate in Vlogmas, with the intention of making a video every day of December leading up to Christmas in which I would film myself making an ink drawing of characters from both this comic and my Ricky B. the Rock N Roll Rat comic on alternate days.

I filmed on both my camcorder for full-length videos where I talk throughout my process and blather on about various things and on my phone to make sped-up reels with Christmas songs for soundtracks.

I didn’t quite make it the whole way, but oh well. Here’s what I did get done with the Thorsens and Thorsen-adjacent folks, with both the full-length and the short versions of each. Enjoy!

Noah Thorsen

Ursula Thorsen

Agnes Burgoyne

As soon as she goes out to her hair appointment, Frank and Noah will indeed be setting up the giant tacky inflatables, no matter what Agnes says.
