Comic description

In case of broken image links or accessibility issues with today’s cartoon, here’s the gist of today’s cartoon:

Noah is icing what looks like a cake, looking self-satisfied and thinking to himself, “Chocolate icing on a styrofoam form… the better to dissuade third-grade cake thieves from eating the real one…”

Next we see that “cake” left out on the dining room table, complete with a sign on top saying NO TOUCH. Ursula spots it and grins, thinking, “Oooh… Daddy made me a cake for dinner! Can’t wait!”

She leaves it along, however, thinking, “Gonna go watch cartoons first…”

Next, Ruth comes in, knife in hand, thinking, “Oooh… chocolate cake… well, Noah won’t mind if I dig in a bit early…”

Having cut a slice out and discovered the styrofoam bait and switch, Ruth yells, “Styrofoam? What?!? NOAH!!!”
