Ruth and Noah are still talking about Ursula’s little flamethrower drawing. She snarls, “You’re not taking this seriously!”
Noah smirks and says, “It’s not serious ’til Ursula actually has a flamethrower.”
Ruth rolls her eyes and protests, “Yeah, but—” Noah grins, saying, “I mean, even in Florida, no one’s gonna sell a flamethrower to an 8 year old.”
Ruth starts to relax and says, “Sigh… I guess so.”
Noah’s grin turns slightly sadistic and he adds, “Unless, of course, the 8 year old has 500 bucks.”
Ruth is alarmed and her eyes bug out. She gasps, “How much is in her piggy bank again?”
Noah replies, somewhat reassuringly, “Nowhere near enough for both a flamethrower and that new Lego Batman Gotham City set she wants.”
